Initial enquiry
Email: info@naganov.ru
Please use a concise subject line indicating the purpose of the message, such as “Comment”, “Interview”, “Invitation”, “Publication”, “Website material” or “Project for EES”.
To make it possible to consider the enquiry without unnecessary follow-up, please include:
- your name and the organisation you represent;
- the subject and purpose of the enquiry;
- the proposed format for participation or response;
- any publication or event deadline;
- your preferred method of contact.
A brief description is sufficient for the initial message. Rather than attaching large files, please provide links and explain which materials are relevant.
Interviews, commentary and events
For a commentary or interview request, please identify the subject, principal questions, publication format and response deadline.
For an event invitation, please provide the date, location or online format, intended audience, proposed topic and duration, and the arrangements for recording and subsequent use of the materials.
Current photographs, short biography options and image-use terms are available in Vladislav Naganov’s media kit. Articles are collected in the Publications section.
Commercial and project enquiries
Vladislav Naganov undertakes projects requiring contractual structuring, team formation and coordination of several specialists as part of EES.
For such an enquiry, use the project enquiry page on the Russian-language EES website or email info@naganov.ru with the subject “Project for EES”.
Complex projects are contracted and delivered through Effective Engineering Solutions LLC.
The scope, workstreams, deliverables, timelines and commercial terms are defined after the initial discussion.
Transfer of documents
The initial message should not include confidential documents, third-party personal data, trade secrets or other restricted information unless the transfer procedure has been agreed in advance.
At the outset, a general description of the situation and a list of the available materials are sufficient. Once the subject of the enquiry has been defined, the documents genuinely required and the appropriate transfer method can be agreed.
Corrections and updates
If you identify a factual error, broken link or outdated information on this website, please specify:
- the page address;
- the passage requiring review;
- the proposed correction;
- a source supporting the current information.
Questions about the use of photographs, publications and other website materials may also be sent to info@naganov.ru.
