From 2017 to 2026, Vladislav Naganov served as Chief Executive Officer of Effective Technology Solutions LLC (ETS; Russian: ООО «Эффективные технологические решения», ЭТР), where he led sector-specific IT projects, digital services and project teams.
His management responsibilities included:
- assigning work to project teams and translating customer needs into system requirements;
